Executive Profile

Transforming institutions.
Advancing students.

I am a transformational higher education executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience advancing institutional excellence, academic innovation, and student success in complex university environments.

My leadership brings together academic affairs, accreditation, institutional effectiveness, curriculum innovation, faculty collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. I translate ambitious institutional priorities into measurable, sustainable results while navigating shared governance and building high-performing cross-functional teams.

At the center of my work is a clear conviction: institutions thrive when academic excellence, inclusive leadership, operational effectiveness, and student experience move forward together.
